What we collect: Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, purchase history, and device/usage data when you interact with our website or in-store services.

Why we collect it: To process orders, provide customer support, send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates), operate our loyalty programme, and improve our products and services.

Who we share it with: We share data only with service providers who need it to operate our business: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), PayFast (payment processing), The Courier Guy (delivery), Zoko/WhatsApp (messaging), and Resend (email). We do not sell your data.

Retention: We retain your data for as long as you have an active account or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Chateau Belleza is registered as a responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act. Our Information Officer is responsible for ensuring our compliance with POPIA.

Products: All products are genuine and sourced from authorised distributors. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors.

Pricing: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%. Multi-currency display is indicative only and payment is processed in ZAR.

Returns: Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Contact hello@chateauxbellezza.co.za to initiate a return.

Delivery: We deliver nationwide via The Courier Guy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon dispatch.

Loyalty Points: Points have no cash value and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to modify the loyalty programme with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chateau Belleza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
