Our Courier Partner
Chateau Belleza partners exclusively with The Courier Guy for all nationwide deliveries. The Courier Guy is one of South Africa’s most trusted door-to-door courier services, offering reliable tracking and wide national coverage.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp, which you can use to follow your parcel in real time on thecourierguy.co.za.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically packed and dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, festive season), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times below are from the date of dispatch and are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

* No deliveries take place on Sundays or South African public holidays. These days are not counted as business days.
Delivery Rates
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete payment.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. The current free delivery threshold is displayed at checkout and in your cart.
Delivery Address & Instructions
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. Chateau Belleza cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Include a unit/flat number if applicable
- Provide a contact number where the recipient can be reached during delivery hours
- If you will not be available, please arrange for a trusted person to receive the parcel
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. no one available to receive the parcel), The Courier Guy will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and a redelivery fee will apply.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as adverse weather, public holidays, or courier service disruptions may cause delays.
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our premises.
- In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@chateauxbellezza.co.za and we will liaise with The Courier Guy on your behalf.
- We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
